EAACI Junior Member* EUR 230.00 (incl. 25% VAT)
EAACI Member** EUR 350.00 (incl. 25% VAT)
Non-Member EUR 500.00 (incl. 25% VAT)
* Only EAACI Junior members are entitled to this reduced fee.
** Only EAACI members who have paid the full amount of their membership fee for 2012 are entitled to this reduced fee. Please make sure to pay the EAACI membership fee for 2012 before you register for ISAF 2012.

Group Bookings
For group bookings (10 delegates and more), please contact events@eaaci.org in order to obtain the group registration form.
On-Site Registration in Gothenburg
The registration desk will be located in the Foyer of the Wallenberg Conference Centre.

Terms of Cancellation
Cancellation of registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 27 September 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50 for cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 27 September 2012.
Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 20 will be charged.
